Most orders are sent directly to the recipient. No pricing information is included in the box.
Returns
If the season changes or it's not quite right, here's our policy:
No Question Asked
Unopened, unused boxes may be returned withing 30 days of delivery. We're here to help.
30-Day Policy
Once a box has been opened or the message removed, we're unable to accept returns. Otherwise, you may return your unopened gift withing 30 days of delivery
Full Refund
We'll issue a full refund once we receive your return.
